Booking at Celebrity Vogue Photography

  • All bookings must be prepaid. 
  • Session fees are not refundable. 
  • Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. 
  • Only two appointment changes will be accepted per customer. 
  • Notice of change of appointments must be given 72 hours prior to the original appointment. 
  • Arriving on time for the photo shoot is essential. Time will be deducted from the allocated duration of a photo shoot for late arrivals. The photo shoot session fee or gift voucher value will remain unchanged for late arrivals, irrespective of how much the photo shoot's time has been shortened
  • Session fee will be forfeited on weekend booking cancellations. 
  • All promotional prizes, including donations must be confirmed within 28 days. 
  • Discounts and special offers will be forfeited unless they are redeemed on the day of the photo shoot. 
  • Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to refuse service to behaviour or requests they deem inappropriate. 
  • Although the National Breast Cancer Foundation is our choice of charity when donating $20 for every confirmed booking, Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the right to shift some of these donations to another charity foundation from time to time. 
  • Some credit cards may incur a surcharge. 
  • GST is included in our prices.

About Your Photographs

  • Copyrights © of all images created by Celebrity Studios Pty Ltd and Seductive Art™ – Gallery by Avi Ohana are owned by Celebrity Studios Pty Ltd. Unauthorised duplication of whole or part of the images is illegal. Copyrights leasing may be available on application. 
  • Celebrity Vogue Photography will not email images or thumbnail of images over the internet. 
  • You will be required to choose your photographs on the day of your appointment. No alterations of photograph orders will be considered after the order has been finalised and signed upon. 
  • Orders placed at a later date may not be considered. 
  • A file retrieval fee of $150.00 may apply to late and re-orders. 
  • Terms of lay-buy are available for orders over $1,000.00. 
  • Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to restrict some couples, group and family photographs to a minimum size, from 11"x16" to 31"x45" size images.
  • Sculptured Nudes and Seductive Art™ sizes start from 16"x16" to 31"x45".
  • Photographs are priced per each. See price list.
  • Celebrity Vogue Photography reserves the rights to use their professional photo retouching services. Some correctional details may be subtly visible. 
  • While modifications may seem easily accommodated, such requests may compromise the unique characteristics of our work and the efficiency of our service. Please respect our policy. 
  • All photographs and frames must be paid in full and collected within 21 days of completion or a 20% recovery charge may apply. 
  • Photograph prices may change without notification. 
  • Print sizes may vary from print to print, and they might differ slightly from the indicative sizes listed.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We will not refund due to change of mind. 
  • Floor and display items are sold as is, and are not refundable.
